I’m leaving for the year 1945
“The Island of Lost Girl’s” , which is the big LARP that me an Therese is hosting, are just a few days away. The suitcase is packed and I’m ready to spend a week in the year of 1945. (You can read more about “The Island of Lost Girl’s” here)
A few days ago I had a little (well, actually a pretty big) costume panic. The LARP will go on for a full week and I needed something to wear. I had suddenly a very short time to sew and I had no idea what to wear. Most of my vintage clothes are from the late 1940′s or beginning of the 50s, also, they did not fit the role I will be playing.
It turned out that I did not need to sew as much as I first thought. I stopped by vinatge shop and found a lot of clothes I could use. Disaster averted. I post photos after the LARP

I am soooo seriously exited! And packed! My suitcase is twice as big as yours, and I have about 3 big bags of “stuff” for the kitchen…plus a box of books. I think this will be my very first “extremely stashed larp”
