Grandma’s girdle
Girdles is a type of underwear that got its breakthrough in the 50s, when glamour was what women wanted most. It helped to shape, control and give women a curvy body, and keep your stockings up. This fabulous girdle has been my grandmother’s, but now it’s mine (YAY!!) It’s from late 1950s and its in very good condition. I also have a pair of thick socks from the 50′s (also from grandma) that fits superb to the girdle.
